We had an amazing experience planning our trip to Argentina and Chile with GOTOLATAM. The preparation was truly tailor-made to our preferences and needs, which made all the difference. The team at the agency was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist us promptly with any questions or adjustments. During our travels, every reservation was perfectly arranged on time, giving us a great sense of confidence and peace of mind throughout the journey. We highly recommend GOTOLATAM for anyone looking for personalized and reliable travel planning in South America! Special thanks to Melissa CANDIA for the perfect & flexible travel itinerary.

We travelled with GoToLatam, and overall it was very well organized and they helped us to see more than we could on our own. Their process is that they help prepare an itinerary, and then upon arrival a new team assists with that itinerary. I would caution to check carefully that each hotel that's chosen is what was requested (including whether you want a view, etc) and that you double check that you are getting the type of tour you want. Angie was very responsive, and the team works hard to make sure that you have something fun to do every day. I see that the company is associated with Peru, but we travelled in Argentina and Uruguay and that went well too. It's a bit expensive, but you do get individualized service.

I will give my travel coordinator Dayana 5 stars! She is very responsive to my questions and requests. Most of the time I could only message her during breakfast or in the evening. I did not expect instant reply but it seems that she had always been checking her phone for clients' messages and at least acknowledged them if an immediate answer was not feasible. It's a huge job! I visited 5 cities in 5 different SA countries this time. Peru not included as I had been there before. GOTOLATAM liaised with 5 different local operators for my trip. I was informed who they were only 1 day before I arrived at the new destination. In my previous trips, some travel agencies were able to provide very detailed logistics information (name of guide and driver, pick-up drop-off schedule, tour start and end times, even the types of vehicles used and driving duration, etc.) at the time of booking. If GOTOLATAM could do the same, it would make it a 5-star agency.
