There is no basket on the website, I had to search for the item 10 times to put it back to my basket and the price keep going back to US dollars and United States as a country whereas I am in France… And then the price changed suddenly while I was going to checkout went from 296€ to 314€ in few seconds (all taxes were already included before and it was to the same delivery address). This is the weirdest experience I have ever had with an online retailer yet… Very off-putting. Your CS said it was a "glitch" but there are the same complaints from several months ago and nothing was done to fix this glitch… So I presume it’s not a glitch but a deliberate attempt to charge more money (like the customer wouldn’t notice the increase in price 🙄). To increase the price while I was at checkout is not a normal practice, it seems to happen regularly according to reviews. In this case, when I saw that I simply decided to not proceed with the purchase. You just lost a potential customer.

TERRIBLE app! They are very shady and very dishonest! Twice I left honest bad reviews about the horrible experience I’ve had using this awful app and they failed to publish it! They are very shady very dishonest! They hide negative reviews on their Apple Store! The prices advertised on the app are not true they show low prices yet when you try to buy the prices magically increase whilst in your shopping cart despite it clearly stating taxes already added! Customer service is equally as useless! Avoid this horrible glitchy dishonest store!!!

The order was placed on the site on a date 02-03-2023 and the order was canceled. Until now, they have not returned the purchase amount, and the e-mail has not been answered

Hi I recently purchased a LV bag but when it came it looked nothing like the condition it looked like on line However, it arrived on the morning I was leaving for holidays and although I decided it needed to be returned , but I did not realise I only had 14 days to return it .. so when I found out I was too late to return .. I contacted costumer services and was guided through and excused by Filipa .. my return was accepted and my money reimbursed .. whilst the product I received was disappointing the costumer service by Filipa was excellent it was 5 star

Purchased a $900 dress with the promise of 2-4 days delivery. 30 days and several emails and phone calls on my end, I kept receiving empty promises and decided to dispute my order, as I wasn’t able to get my money back!! Don’t purchase from this company, the service is horrendous, the staff is rude and the goods don’t show up as promised!! Highly disappointed, especially is the low morale of their service support team (incl. their managers)

I ordered from gothelist on 8th December, and I’ve tried to reach out to them to get my order information. However, I’ve tried to email, WhatsApp and have called them and the responses were all robot. I’m still waiting for my order and their customer reply.

I have not heard back from them regarding my order and I tried messaging them, calling them, and emailing them and no reply. Dissapointed and calling my bank for a refund.
