As we are a marketplace we don't own the stock, once an order is placed our partners have 2 days (working days) to process it. I can assure you that you would have received an update from us on the same day you contacted us as your order was approaching the 48-hour mark. We also try to find alternatives within our network before letting our customers know that their orders have been cancelled.
