The tags came exactly how I ordered them. The tags are good quality and will work perfectly for my dogs!

I ordered my dogs tag on June 28th. It was not delivered.I contacted them on July 8th and they shipped another one to me. I received it on July 15th. Looks like this is a common issue. Maybe ship with tracking.

Ordered 2 units. Received quite quickly and it was well packaged. Activated immediately; it was easy to pair with both Android and iOS. However, after a test, it turns out the GPS doesn't update very accurately. The AirTag linked to the iOS account does not provide a location update. According to the location, I left my vehicle 45 km away, even though it is definitely parked on my driveway. The AirTag also refuses to update. I will test next week with the AirTag paired with Android.

I ordered a bone shaped ID tag for my new rescue dog. Apparently there was a problem with the post office as I never received it. I thought it was a scam. But I let Gotags know that I never received it. They made the customized item again and reshipped it in a very timely manner. I truly appreciate it. They are legit and wonderful!

I got a purple slide on tag for our new rescue cat. It is beautiful, the silver writing standing out against the purple background. There was plenty of room for our cat's name, our phone number and that she was chipped, then our address. It is very customizable, apart from the choice of several colors, you can choose the font for it. I am well pleased.

The tags were all made well. Ordered 6 months ago and they are still on their collars.
