I ordered a tag on Amazon and didn’t receive it. They were great to deal with and sent another tag immediately. The tag is well made and easy to read. I highly recommend.

Order arrived on time, exactly as I wrote it. It is deeply engraved and darkened. Because of the darkening it remains readable for several years. Very pleased with the results. I have only ordered from one other company and came immediately back to Go-Tags. Excellent.

High quality tags, collars, and related accessories for a very reasonable price. The free shipping is great, and is fairly timely. The tag quality is as good as or better than local pet and hardware stores, for a lower over all price.

I ordered three Gotags to put on our keys. Firstly, don't count on any customer service. The first one wouldn't connect to Android Hubfind, and customer service kept insisting I take a video even though I explained that I was unable to do so because the camera on my phone is broken. I sent them a screen record instead, but they never even tried to open the file. The other two tags did connect seamlessly to Hubfind. Secondly, it is true that the GPS location doesn't update frequently. This is because it is waiting for another Android with HubFind also installed. So this is not a fault with GoTag, rather an issue with Hubfind. Thirdly, if you lose your keys and tell Hubfind to play a sound, it is barely audible so don't count on being able to find your keys (or pet) by playing a sound. Lastly, my wife inadvertently turn her Gotag off. If something just happens to squeeze the tag in the right combination in your wallet/purse/pocket, it may turn the tag off. The idea was great, but I will probably not order one of these again.

Update! I got a refund but it was a headache I searched the internet and this was the ONLY one that promised CONSTANT location updates. It doesn’t. It’s comparable to an AirTag and I’m highly disappointed. The location is extremely important to me and this is a massive letdown. Trying to contact the company but no luck. Seems like it’s not located in the US even though it’s a Minnesota phone number. It shipped quick from china. That’s what I’m giving the single star for (since I can’t give zero stars). The promises were NOT met.

Good quality and appearance, very speedy in rectifying a problem. Have used them several times. It really is a go to vendor.

It showed it was delivered and it was not so I sent a message to our post office and they put a check on it and found it. WE love it and our dog loves it to.
