GoSunReviews of gosun.co

I live off grid with a mission to live as sustainably and low impact as I can. GoSun solar cookers allow me to bake bread, roast veggies, slow cook soups & stews etc all with sunshine. And even yesterday's sunshine using the Fusion cooker with its 12V heating pad - super efficient at only about 100W. I have been a longterm & heavy user of GoSun cookers - they're well designed for longevity & repairability.

It was all my fault. I entered the wrong address number on my order. So unfortunately UPS sent my order back. After I contacted GoSun , they re sent my order out to the right address at no extra charge.

The Chilito is awesome. As a contractor, I can tell you I love having the chillito in my truckAfter a few hours of working in the heat outside, its a real treat toHave an ice cold coke and cold sandwich. Now one of my buddies at the beginning of our shift, gives me his soda and sandwich to keep cool too. The Gosun Sun shieldNot only keeps my cooler cold without melty ice, it also keeps my cabinSpace cooler.

Happy to get my order well packed. The go sun cooking tray is smaller than I anticipated — more a child-size portion than 1 adult. I’m pleased with how well it works. I have years of solar cooking experience.

The day I got my GOSUN Go I was eager to try it out. Unfortunately it fell off my kitchen counter and the vacuum glass tube was broken. When I contacted the company to ask how to remove the tube, they not only send an instruction video link but also promptly credited me with a free replacement. Super helpful and efficient. As for the actual product itself, I have to wait for the arrival of the tube itself to see how well it works.

The Good the bad and the ugly. The bad... I ordered a solar oven kit for my son on sale for $49. Couldnt believe I would actually get a solar oven that would heat up for the price. When it arrived, it looked like UPS had run over the box with their truck, the kit was in pieces. The Good I called gosun's customer service number. In about an hour they called me back. About a week later, they sent me a replacement one free of charge. The ugly. It arrived fine this time, and my son cooked some hot dogs. It actually worked. They were hot, but he said they looked real Ugly.

I bought a solar energy 266 (Solar panel with power bank & accessories costing USD$299) lately and received an acknowledgement from GoSun notifying me of the successful order been paid, but after 4hrs another email from GoSun saying my order number (different number, 2 was added in front of the original number) was seen as a fraud and they asked me to get the picture of the Name of the Credit card holder that I used to buy my order and send it only then they can proceed with my order! I'm confused whether this is fraudulent or a way of doing double purchase on the same item? Even though deduction had been made in regards to the initial order and payment via PayPal. I hope this can be rectified and addressed promptly please. Thank you for your prompt response and clarification on my purchase, after your professional assistance and guidance my 3 items were successfully confirmed and ready for shipment. Very appreciate and will recommend your product to other potential buyers.
