If I could give a negative star I would. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my sons tshirt. It is in transit but has been since May 7th we don’t live that far from IL. I understand pandemic etc. But this is ridiculous when I ask where the item is all the tell me is it is shipped. When I track with DHL they say contact the seller. Not worth the hassles!!!!

Seem to have the same problem as a lot of people, ordered T-shirt for my daughters 30th Birthday on the 19th April and am still waiting for it to be shipped! I have contacted the company on several occasions and to be fair to them they have replied quite promptly and in fact gave me a small refund as compensation for delay, but I would still prefer to receive the goods, I do realise these are challenging times, but they should not have stated delivery 5-15 days on their advertisement.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughters birthday, ordered and paid in full on 26th April, now 28th May IT STILL HAS BEEN PRINTED AND DISPATCHED. It has missed her birthday and the order is now pointless. The website and social media advert I was served promised 15 day delivery! I have spoken to various people in their so called customer services over email and they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money. TERRIBLE business model, TERRIBLE customer services , DO NOT USE!

It did take awhile however many screenprinters dont print until someone orders. Knowing that I ordered without high expectations on timing. The shirts I received are good quality, the printing looks nice. I haven't washed yet but it appears to be decent quality. It is concerning they arent responding or giving refunds when they should but my experience was fine knowing I wasn't in a rush.

I ordered T shirt 4/10. It said 10 to 14 days to deliver. I checked status on 4/20 it still said PENDING and not processed. I contacted costomer service and demanded cancel. However they returned saying NO cancel policy since it’s custom made and already processed. They changed status after I emailed them. What the hell can it be custom made even I didn’t arrange any personal request?? I just picked color and size and nothing special. They didn’t cancel my order but didn’t ship for days after status says PROCESSED. I contacted PayPal and asked for refund due to manufacture’s lack of responsibility. I’ve got money back and I’d NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Definitely NOT recommend!!

People need to realize with this pandemic it is taking longer to get orders. I did wait almost a month, but when I got the order it hey were so cute! Have patients people!! It’s worth it!

As many have already written i ordered a sweatshirt on 4/20/20 now 5/26/20 and i am still waiting. Tried to cancel and i am told it has begun to be printed. Still no time frame as to when i will receive it. Their site states 5-15 business days we are well past that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PLENTY OF OTHER PRINTERS THAT ARE TURNING AROUND ORDERS MUCH FASTER EVEN WITH COVID HAPPENING. Terrible customer service and expectation setting.
