Horrible experience! It's been 7 weeks, still didn't receive my order! Do not use this company!

Horrible company will never order from them EVER again! Ordered 1 shirt at the beginning of may processed and printing with in a day awesome site say 5 to 15 days to ship...15 days comes and goes contact customer service "your order is being printed we will email you when its been shipped" more days go by nothing at this point i say forget it and try to cancel said order "sorry your order has already started printing and can not be canceled" started printing? It takes a month to print 1 shirt! My sister can knock that out in a hour in her basement heck she made 12 shirts Christmas day for us to wear for a family pic! And if she didn't just have a baby i would have her make the shirt for me cause now i look like the @$$ hole cause my brother's gift didn't arrive for his birthday but i honestly didn't think it would take more the a MONTH to print a 1 color shirt and ship it one state over ans yes i am aware of the covid 19 and planed for a slight delay but this is ridiculous if you cant deliver in a reasonable time frame tell people don't just put up a vague notice saying there might be a slight delay cause most people are going to see that as taking 15 day instead of 5 not will ship it to you in a few MONTHS. moral of the story is buy from someone else don't give them your business unless you have time to waste! I was hoping to have a nice somewhat funny gift for my Brother's birthday and ended up with a quick gift bought on the way because i couldn't even give him a time fram of when it would arrive Update After many more emails with generic computer responses I am left with the only thought that makes sense. This is a fraudulent company out to steal our money

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about GossGear. Yes, my T-shirt didn’t arrive in time for my birthday. I knew it could be delayed due to everything going right now. C’est la vie. I love it! Thank you, GossGear for a fairly smooth transaction experience!

WORST Customer Service EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this Company!!! LIES about Delivery! Blank Tracking Numbers! Ordered TWO T-SHIRTS. NEVER GOT THEM although GOSS TOOK MY FIFTY DOLLARS!!! I REPEAT: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!! ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST MINUS STARS!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! RUN!!!!!!!!

I ordered and paid for a trump mug and a trump 2020 mask. I received the mug but not my mask. I filed a claim two times stating I did not receive my hole order and two times they dienied me. So basically they got my for 14.99 for the cost of the mask. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered over 6 weeks ago and the order status is still in printing. I have called, emailed, and sent requests through the website with no response. They were very quick to charge my CC though! I still see ads on Facebook even after I complained to Facebook. I will never order anything from a Facebook advertiser again.

I rarely do things like this, but people need to know. Do not order through these people. My order was placed April 14th, and as of today, it still is “printing”. I’ve emailed them and was told it is due to Covid19. I get things can take a little longer, but this over 45 days, and it’s still in the printing stage? I say BS. They are in Pennsylvania which is just a couple states away from me. I will NEVER buy anything here again! These were birthday shirts for my 3 kids. 😑 I’ll be filing a claim with my bank to get my money back!

I placed and order on April 24th and still have not received my order but they had no problem charging my credit card. They said 15 to 21 business days and it is now May 30th. I have tried calling and now when I try tracking my order it says they have no record of anyone with that name or email address. Then give me back my damn money. I also see they are no longer advertising on Facebook
