I should start by saying, they are not lying when they say you could be waiting 5 hours. I wish it was advertised as you were booking, instead of after you have already paid. However, if you plan well and have good weather. It’s like sitting outside for a picnic. Times were changed and you do not get a good prediction for when you jump, along with a 5 hour wait. This is why it can’t be 5 stars, considering the jump only lasts minutes. Now, back to the amazing parts! All the skydiving team! I feel terrible that I cannot remember the name of the man who gave us training/recorded my jump, but he was so funny and welcoming. They also sent the videos to me within 20 minutes after the jump, which was nice. Gavin was the gentleman who jumped with me and he was so good at keeping you comfortable. He had a lovely smile and I enjoyed listening to his colourful career and life. He looked after me all the way and anyone paired with him will be lucky. Thank you to everyone involved in getting us down safely :)

While the skydive experience was excellent, it's hard to score the company properly given I am still waiting to receive the media package I paid £119 for. GoSkyDive's website suggests this will be received within 2 hours of your jump, however I am yet to receive mine 9 days after I jumped. I've emailed them 4 times now and simply get a stock response of "we appreciate you raising this, it is with our media team". At present I have wasted over £100 and am getting increasingly frustrated. Update: after 13 days of waiting I've now received my media and I'll give GoSkyDive this - it was worth the wait. It's such a shame this wasn't provided without me having to spend time and energy chasing, as otherwise the whole experience was excellent. Moving my score up to 4* but would caution that if you do go for the media package, be prepared to chase for it.
