The actual skydive centre itself is well run, I felt safe and informed during the dive and the staff acted professionally. However, the customer service (especially the call centre) is bad.

Our booked slot was 12noon, but we were texted in the morning to arrive an hour earlier (11am) this was annoying when we already had a 3 hr drive only to then wait for a further 3.5 hours on arrival before anything happened after check in! It was really hot and because we bought 3 young children and two dogs to accompany their Dad for his birthday treat it was a tedious sit about. No children’s play area or enough outside shade as participants & other families had already bagged the few shade umbrellas. (The inside marquee was too hot) plus Children got bored very quickly. With hindsight we should have bought along some activities for them & a picnic and the long wait took the shine off the day. Prior information would’ve helped. Our son didn’t get a great sky dive experience either. On leaving the plane the tandem instructor knocked off his goggles so our son had to keep his eyes shut because at 15,000 ft there was some force! Also we paid for photos & video but they were really disappointing too and only the first few seconds were badly recorded as the camera ran out of power (or something). Anyway it was totally underwhelming so we certainly won’t book another flight for anyone and I wish we had spent £457 on something else to mark our sons 40th birthday.

Had an amazing time, thoroughly loved the jump!! My instructor Simon was great!! 🙌 want to do it again! Only down fall, I paid for a camera had to wait over 5 days to get it, only to be sent someone else’s video! I have tried to talk to people and not getting a response! I am getting very frustrated as it is a lot of money and the rest of my group have got their media back!! VERY disappointed
