I was lied to by sales from the very start, there only reason for getting me to switch, was all based upon a lie. My secetery/fiance who backround was in Digital Marketing and writting content for websites, was apart of the whole proccess. There was not misunderstanding, they flat out lied , based the sale upon it, i got worse services than i did from local company i switcched from, for only slightly lower price.Stick with your current company if thinking about switching. You get what you pay for with them, and lies to go. Would never recomend or use again.

SCAM ALERT. This is a fraudulent company. do not give them your card information. notice you cant find public reviews of them. they are horrible. I joined gosite after the people had called me for three years asking , wait, begging me to join their service. I finally joined with a deal, I have been paying $99.00 per month and that is where it will stay throughout the length of my service with them. This would be fantastic if they could deliver what they promise. So far, I have had issues with the messenger system, and for the second time in about 3 months, I am not able to access my notifications. This is what this site is all about, letting me get back in contact with my potential customers. I am being blocked from seeing any of the information they sent me because the system is not working AGAIN. When the "professionals" spelled my secretaries last name wrong in her email account that they set up for her, it took over a week of trying and several messages with the correct spelling, They spelled it even more wrong than they did in the beginning. Then |I got a message telling me they would not do it because it is her personal email account. This is an email that I am supposed to be paying $5.00 per month for from gosite. They do not even care to look at what they are talking about before giving wrong information. My notifications were not working recently and I sent them a message telling them about it and that was supposed to be fixed along with the messaging system. Well now this morning, I click the notification bell and it does absolutely nothing. I am done wasting my money with these unprofessional people and will be searching pout a replacement for them. And this Clarisse person keeps telling me how good of a deal I am getting. Well let me tell you something Clarisse, No matter what I am paying, I am still not getting what you guys told me I would be getting. And that is good service. You personally have given me an attitude with your responses and snappy answers very much not being professional to me. So I now start to search for a replacement for this company and will not look back once I find one. I am very disappointed with gosite and its services. The people are unprofessional and I have had problems since day 1. Many promises, not as many results.

Terrible sales tactics. They harass you until you agree to listen to them, refuse to be put off, if you hang up they just spoof different local phone numbers and keep calling you. James was the "sales manager" they assigned to harass me. He used a chula vista phone number until I stopped answering it, then several different times called me from different local to me numbers.

Gosite sucked from the initial. It's unbelievable how incompetent and untrustworthy they where am I situation. They changed me every month for 90 days ( got my money back from bank ) for doing absolutely nothing. They got my account suspended with Google and kept it that way for 7 months w t f without any contact to me in regards to my listing, just billing department trying to get money? For what? Had me request my Google card, then wouldn't except it, had to do it myself, which anyone could do. I gave them many opportunities to resolve issue, I was denied the services they claim to offer due to total neglect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these ass clowns they are not able or reliable. A WAIST OF TIME!

I'm glad please stop sending me this message I don't want your service anymore it was a waste of hard earned money in a time where everyone is suffering and businesses closing and trying to find ways to keep their business open I thought that by the promised that your representative told me I used the only money that I had left to join GOSITE knowing that your company was going to help my company. What a lie I was told just so you can take the last money that I had and waste it on your lies I will make a promise to your company and this promise not like your promises I will keep my word and I will let everyone that I can that is an owner of any business about how sad, mulipitive your company is to take advantage of anyone during these times or any other time You company is a scam and I will keep my promise to you not like you did to my company George A All Pro Painting

They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop bothering me, calling daily, but when I wanted to cancel I received NO response except the one email saying they couldn't get their payment from me! They used MY website and took off the best parts! Waste of money. I haven't had ANY additional business from them whatsoever, not even one call. My answering service is still blinking 1. The line I set up to test go site. I think I'll stick with my other advertising strategy. I was promised I would see a huge difference in business picking up,

Its been a month since signing up with Gosite. Still no website. They took my old site and copied it even though I told them do not use it. They don't know how to write or even copywrite. I personally spent hours working on the website changing pics and writing to have most of it taken down. Also I found out that the Alexa app wasn't setup. They did fix my directory and had Siri setup. They do somethings they say but failed on others. They charged my account but will not reimbursed me. I even told them to charge for what was done and reimburse me but they won't. I'm would not recommend them!!
