They are prompt, efficient, very timely responses and very professional in their approach. No matter what, there is always a team available to help with any freight/shipping inquiries and or requests. They keep their schedules as promised, and in fact, we at Anderson Business Technology, have not had any issues whatsoever since we started doing business with them about 4 or 5 years back. We have no regrets for making this decision. Fantastic team! I highly recommend Schock.

Versatile and easy to setup.

When I contacted Schock Logistics, Inc for information regarding the pick up of my delivery they told me that the driver attempted to call me and set up the time but I never responded. When I spoke to the driver the following day he stated he never called because he didn't have our number. I then called Schock Logistics back and they then told me that they would pass the number on to the office staff would be meeting the drive..and they failed to do that as well. They accepted my payment without problem, but couldn't get the logistics taken care of...not what I would've expected.

I needed a couple of copiers picked up and shipped. Schock was quick to respond and set up the pickup. I had a change that caused me to cancel my order. As quick and professional as they were to take my order the were equally quick and professional to cancel my order. I did pay a small cancellation fee which I was completely comfortable in paying. I will keep them in my contacts and use Schock the next time in need something picked up and shipped.

Schock Logistics recently picked up some freight at our office and took care of shipping it. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. They worked with me in a timely manner and were very helpful through every step of the process. Thank you for a job well done.
