I've had good experiences with this company in the past, but the newest pair of boots I ordered, the "MACV2," has been disappointing. The ventilation is significantly reduced compared to previous models, and the sizing feels inconsistent, particularly in the toe box. Additionally, the right boot arrived with a noticeable discoloration on the top. It seems like quality control is deteriorating.

I order a bag and weight. I got the bag. But then the plate was delivered to my neighbors and I never got it. Fed ex says they delivered it. Go ruck says they delivered it. But I never got it. No body cares fed ex never called it looked into into after I tried 3 times. Then go ruck just went ghost. I now have a small back pack for the 250 bucks lol. If your reading this shop rogue and request ups or usps for delivery. Go ruck got back to me and are sending me another plate. Customer service was great. Hopefully they didn’t send it fed ex but that seems to be the issue. I’ve only heard good things about go ruck and I will say only good about them. There bag is amazing
