I love Gorjana's customer service. Every time I go in store they are lovely to work with, friendly, and helpful. I have had a few pieces that have started to tarnish and they have replaced them. This is the reason I keep coming back to Gorjana for myself and as gifts because they stand by their products 100%.

completely took care of our issue with minimal effort on our side. We were so pleased with the result, we bought a second pair for our daughter. Definitely recommend visiting the Manhattan Beach store - maintained beautifully and great customer service.
