I specifically purchased an item from this website with the promise of a two-day delivery in order to have my item before mother's Day. the website was specific about if I ordered by certain time I could get it before mother's Day. Instead of 2 days now my order is going to be shipped in 5 days. My item will not arrive in time for mother's Day. They did offer to refund me the shipping cost but that was the whole point of why I paid extra shipping to get it here on time otherwise I could have shopped somewhere else. Probably will not purchase from them again. If Amazon can do it, why can't these other companies do it?

Just received my diamond stack ring for my daughter’s college graduation. The ring was extremely thin and diamonds very small . The picture was an extreme exaggeration of the actual size . Very disappointing..

I received a bracelet for my Thanksgiving day birthday, while visiting extended family in Portland Oregon. I loved it so much, that I ordered 3 of them for my sister friends in Guatemala. I decided to do store pickup, due to time constraints. When I called about pick up, the lovely workers asked if I would like them gift wrapped and I said yes. The items were ready in less than 3hrs and the gift wrapping was phenomenal! They were packaged in beautiful pink boxes, wrapped with pink cloth bows. I was so impressed that on December 16, I ordered 2 more online for family members for Christmas. I chose 2 day shipping to Bowie MD. During the checkout process there was no option to choose gift wrapping, but a popup appeared and asked how I found out about Gorjana, if the items were gifts and who they were for. I was not sure if this meant that they would gift wrapped or not, so I immediately sent and email to express that I was impressed by the Portland Oregon gift wrapping and would like the same for these items. I did not receive a reply until December 18th, telling me that it was too late to edit my order because it had already shipped, but that they could send me the gift wrapping by mail. I received an update today that the wrapping has shipped and it would include a couple of bags and a tag, not the boxes that I specifically requested and had received in Portland. Although I love the products so far, I am completely disappointed with the inconsistent and subpar customer service. It seems that store pickup is the best way to go with this company. It’s cheaper, better customer service and presentation is better. Overall customer service and brand synergy needs work. This company will lose (and most likely has lost) customers if this is not addressed.
