A very well put together and memorable experience.

My organisation bought 2 Gorilla Safari trips as auction prizes for our partners at a gala dinner, so while I have not been on the trip myself, I can certainly recommend the customer service for GSC. The team at the Gorilla Safari Company have been a pleasure to work with and have been extremely helpful during the organisation process of the trip. They are friendly, flexible and knowledgeable, and are quick to respond to any queries. We will be using GSC again this year for auction prizes at our annual gala ball. I hope that one day I can go on a Gorilla Safari myself - it sounds incredible!

starting with planning the trip to execution was a smooth and enjoyable journey. Rwanda is beautiful and the people are very hospitable. The trekking to the Gorillas is well organized and beyond expectation, once in a lifetime experience. Accomodation and food was incredible, the guide very professional. Gorilla Trekking VIP. We did an extensive research on the web regarding travel companies that specialized i Gorilla Trekking trips and The Gorilla Company came up as a reliable and with the best reviews so we decided to book with them. I have to say that Donna Robbins planned the perfect trip and really made an effort to meet our needs and budget. We loved the hotels we stayed at and were very happy with the transfer services. They were all in time and with very nice guides.

Fabulous hotels, food, guide. Will definitely recommend Gorilla to all my friends. Was better than we expected. Gorilla trekking is definitely for the physically fit. I took the "helicopter"=chair up. Was worth the expense. Tree lions (saw 4), chimps, monkeys, birds the whole 9 yards. Mahogany Springs the best hotel. Dave and Mgt made sure we were comfortable and took great care of us.

Incredible trip with Donna's constant communication from beginning to end. Can't say enough about each Safari company in each country (Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya), but especially Ralph MCDONALD in Tanzania. There were 7 in our group and each place we stayed sang Gorilla Safari's praises. In each country we were met and escorted by Gorilla Safari's team of experts to our destinations. We never had to wonder where or what we needed to do next. Even contacted Donna during our trip about going to Elephant and giraffe in Nairobi, Kenya as an add-on, however b/c we met up with another US group and needed additional transportation, we made other arrangements. I can't say enough good things about this company. This was a trip of a lifetime and I credit Gorilla Safari and Donna Robbins for making it happen. ***Gorilla Safari worked within our budget and price was amazing considering great accommodations and food were part of our package along with multiple game drives and the glorious gorillas of the Impentrable Forest. Thanks for adding to my bucket-list!

The best part was the "walking safari" part of the way from Kisoro to the lodge at Bwindi. Seeing the farming area is really interesting. Both the Papyrus Guest House in Entebbe, and the Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge near the Bwindi Forest, are excellent. The gorilla trek was as good as it could be. Took us 3 1/2 hours to find the family we were following. Very hard hiking: steep and slippery....often no trail. You should hire a porter to help navigate! Spent an interesting hour with the gorilla family. Overall, a great experience.
