Samantha Hussey was our most excellent travel consultant. She helped me to make decisions about the trip early on and I took her guidance. I am home a week from our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest with my daughter. It’s hard for me to put into words how wonderful this trip was. Everything went smoothly. The only glitch was when we didn’t read where to meet our guide in Vienna at the right place because we hadn't read all the instructions on our phone. We were notified promptly and our guide came to our hotel and got us. We had a great time in Vienna. We spent two days looking at some of the most beautiful art in the world and playing in the gardens and fountains of the Belvedere. Budapest was incredible. It is a beautiful city and we were there at the right time in terms of the weather and magic of the Danube and all of the buildings lit up at night. All of your guides were wonderful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you again for your help. I can’t say enough about GoReal Europe.

After being laid down by a large company whose to never departed, we were recommended Go Real Europe to help us organise a self directed tour of central Europe . We are interested in history old and modern and coming from Australia meant that we wanted to make the most of the trip. Go Real Europe organised accomodation in excellent locations and all our train tickets and tours. Their guides for the private tours in each location were outstanding. To have someone come to the hotel to meet us and share their knowledge and understanding of a city as we walked and talked was a great way of getting to know a city. Having had this experience, we will stick with this model of travel as it gave us flexibility but great security in knowing that everything was booked and organised for us. My husband and I both enjoyed our honeymoon and would like to send our warmest thank you to Go Real Europe for the very detailed itinerary planned for us. We loved all our private guided tours sharing so much history and culture of each place we visited. Loved the hidden places, eateries recommended in the map, loved how much engaging Go Real Europe eased our honeymoon so much despite having close to no time to plan due to our busy schedule at work. It was rather intimidating to review all the tour/travel websites. My daughter and I have been to Europe and we were well aware of the hassles involved in making all the arrangements and scheduling of hotels, transportation, and sightseeing. But an escorted group tour was not for us. Within an hour of answering a few questions the on the Go Real Europe website, Samantha phoned me. She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and had lots of suggestions. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the cities we wished to visit, as well as her helpfulness. We booked a 15 day trip . And what a trip it was! With the exception of international flights and transportation to and from the Vienna airport every imaginable detail was arranged for us. We were given a 136 page itinerary that included details about points of interest and clear concise direction on how to get from one place to the next. The hotels were clean, comfortable, in safe neighborhoods and located near points of interest. Some were more upscale than others but star rating was not important to us. We were provided with public transportation tickets for each city as well as clear directions as to how to access the metros.Samantha made train reservations for us and arranged transportation to and from our hotel to the station. Go Real Europe maps for each city are unlike any I have ever seen. Not only were they easy to follow but they included a metro map, a description of all the Viennese coffees, how to order beer in Prague, suggestions for restaurants and cafes, and a few phrases in the local language. Samantha arranged for us to have a private walking tour in each city, Tamarra in Vienna, Kate in Budapest, Alicia and Samantha in Prague, and Ollie in Cesky Krumlov. Each guide was friendly, knowledgeable about art, history, architecture and local customs and cheerfully answered questions. They allowed us to enjoy the tour at our own pace--stopping to take photos and having a short rest. We came away from each tour feeling like we were the guide's favorite tourists ever. This was truly a trip of a lifetime. Go Real Europe seems to have anticipated and addressed every issue and concern a traveler may have. Thank you Go Real Europe and a special thanks to Samantha. With their expertise, Go Real Europe saved us a lot of time and effort to find the best way to enjoy our vacation in Central Europe. The hotels are located in very nice and convenient locations. The local walking tours are wonderful introductions to new cities. We had a detailed itineraries but we could modify it based on the weather and how we felt at the time.

My wife and I had the pleasure of using Go Real Europe in May. We got off a river boat cruise in Budapest and wanted to visit Prague as it was our first trip to Central Europe. Jan from Go Real Europe looked after everything for us. He arranged for train tickets from Budapest to Prague. Upon our arrival in Prague, Jan arranged for us to be picked up by a private car and driver and taken to our hotel, which was also arranged by Jan. Normally in a strange city we would hesitate to initially wonder far from the hotel but Jan's very detailed step by step instructions and maps ensured we quickly became oriented with our new surroundings. Jan also arranged for a half day walking tour with a local guide, Marie. Marie was an absolute delight to spend a few hours with. Her knowledge of the area was amazing and we considered ourselves very lucky to have been able to spend time with her. Jan provided us with a detailed 4 day itinerary and everything went flawlessly. On our departure day Jan arranged for a car to take us to the airport. Once we decided to go to Budapest the research started. Having never visited 'eastern' Europe before, the web search began. Thank goodness I discovered Go Real Europe. David and Martin answered all my questions, made suggestions that we would never have found, then put together a trip to remember. We travelled the city, hunted out hidden gems and always felt comfortable with their explicit instructions. They set us up for two trips out of the city which were wonderful. It was pure coincidence that I discovered Go Real Europe on website while searching for travel information on Prague & Budapest. I was a bit skeptical initially (too many online fraud cases these days) but decided to take a plunge after reading so many great reviews from varies travelers around the world. It certainly turned out to be a good bet. The final itinerary was detailed with travel information, and it was hard to get lost if you follow the route instructions. The proprietary maps were user friendly and I was especially impressed with the food recommendations. The personal guides arranged for us were very punctual, experienced and knowledgeable. The transportations from car pick-up, bus, tram, metro to euro-rail were reliable and very well-planned. In short, Go Real Europe had given me a top-notch traveling experience customised to my needs and requirements, provided recommendations on places of interest and restaurants, and saved me so much time and effort. Special thanks to Samantha Hussey that had helped to put everything together and made this vacation a wonderful and enjoyable one for my family.
