We worked with Jan at Go Real. We can see from the other reviews at the Go Real Europe website that a hallmark of this team is the detailed planning and presentation they put together for their clients. The packet for our 6 days in Vienna and Prague was 60 pages, with specific information about each guided tour and very detailed directions for the self-guided tours we would do. There were photos and directions - it would have been very difficult for us to mess up. The guides they found for us in each city were terrific - knowledgeable, friendly, they spoke English well, and made the touring fun. They booked us into the Hotel Konig Von Ungarn in Vienna and Hotel Savic in Prague and both were lovely local hotels with perfect locations. We highly recommend this team to anyone traveling in the region. They are really wonderful.

Go Real Europe made things so simple for us! My sibblings, niece and I had a great time visiting Prague, Budapest and Vienna in April 2016. Though it was our first time visiting these places, with the very comprhensive information and instruction provided by Go Real Europe we were like residence using the public transport and saw all the important places. Ian, was very helpful and responsive over email and cleared most of our anxieties before the trip. The hotels recommended and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, always on time! I was totally pleased with all the arrangements GoReal Europe made for me.They laid on two tour guides and supplied vast amounts of self-touring information. They supplied all passes and tickets needed. I had a very good time and I give them major credit for this possibility.

Our trip was exceptionally well planned by Go Real Europe. We were impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of our guides and the selection of hotels "on the square", as requested. No other group has maps like these! Our one glitch was resolved effortlessly. We have already recommended David and his staff of Go Real Europe to a number of friends.

I found Go Real Europe on a google search and thought why not get a free itinerary, see what suggestions they had on things to see. After much discussion with my fellow travelers and having poor Andrew (our contact) change our itinerary again and again. We finally booked the trip. I am so glad I used their service. I had traveled to Europe five times before and had actually been to two of the towns included in this trip but none of the trips compared to this one. Not only did they provide suggestions as to what to see and do - they also assisted in purchasing train tickets (something I have never done before). This provided us with a chance to really experience the culture and see what each of the countries were really like - not just the prepped and pretty tourist spots. Their directions made it almost impossible to get lost - and we did try several times! I will come back to this company again and again! I highly recommend booking through them - you will not regret it.

Was the best vacation ever. Truly an Adventure in Europe. Everything was so well organized it was stress free and we always had someone to call in case we had trouble. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

We had very good experiences with Go Real Europe. We are a family of five travelling together. I am primarily responsible for all the travel planning. Go Real Europe saved me valuable time doing researches for hotels and places to visit. The maps they designed are informative and easy to use. Having a private guide upon arrival in each city to give a general overview of the history and top sightseeing spots is a great idea. I wish there are more companies like Go Real Europe everywhere, that will make my next travel planning so much easier. The only glitches we had on the trip were the punctuality of some of the drivers and guides. Upon arrival in Prague, our driver was no where to be found - he slept in (our arrival time was early Saturday morning) and was late for about 10 minutes. Same with our driver in Budapest who was late for more than 20 minutes. One of the tour guides was also late picking us up from the hotel by about 10 minutes.
