Hi Andrew On behalf of the 4 of Us, I would like to thank you & Go Real Europe staff for organizing a fabulous trip for us. The attention to detail was incredible & ensured that the self guided portion was actually like having a virtual guide. The pick up drivers Neil & Charles were prompt & very pleasant. The guides Celia, Daniel, Marie, Ursula, Tamara & Dorka were all prompt, very knowledgeable & a pleasure to tour with. The hotels were all located in ideal spots for walking to the major centres. The rooms & facilities we had at the Kampa Gardens & Casati were closer to a 4 star hotel. It was a minor inconvenience that the Kampa & Hofwirt did not have Airconditioning. The train bookings were also spot on & easy to use for us North Americans that are not used to train travel. The only complaint I have is that both the QBB train toilets in our carriage from Vienna to Budapest were filthy. Vienna was a start point & there is no reason for this. In the future when I travel with you I will consider 1st class hopefully to avoid this issue. The local tram, metro & bus passes were a very useful option for all the trips we needed to make. In comparison to the tourists we met & talked to from the canned river cruise tours we had a much more comprehensive, relaxed, enjoyable & affordable trip. We normally organize our own trips to include hotels, transport & local tours. We are pleased we did not as it couldn't have matched your arrangements. Dear Samantha: This is a long overdue and very grateful thank you for your extraordinary professionalism in planning our trip to Budapest, Prague, and Krakow. Every single aspect of the itinerary went along without a single glitch, from airport pick ups, excellent hotel accommodations, public transportation arrangements, private guide tours, over night train travel, and many other aspects of our very exciting trip. Without any worries choose your destination and places you like to visit and the team will take care of the rest. My husband and I travel very often, we have done with trafalgar and others, Go Real Europe is far better then any. I wish they had more options. Can't wait to see them expand their business. They are very responsive, acomedating and sincere.

First thing first: thankyou Katka, you are the best, total the contrary of a girl behind the computer. We never made trips in a group and we were looking, with few expectation, for a company able to help us in planning our trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. After spending some time on goggle only few companies attracted my attention. I start making phone calls and what I got were anonymous and very cold answers; most of the time returning my question with a simple “please look at our Website”. Disappointing and disheartening. I decided to make a last attempt and I called GRE and Katka was answering with a fresh smile, eager to help, listening to our concerns. Wow! This was what we were looking for. During the evening, I share my impression with my wife and we decided to try with GRE; as a matter of fact, after another phone conversation with Katka (at 10 PM her time) we indicated our main (and secondary) interests as well as the types of services we would have wanted to have. The day after we received a super-detailed program on a day by day basis and the price. We were impressed by the super-detailed indications, like this one “… Go to Little Quarter Square (Malostranská námestí) and go to the tram stop. Go to the side of the tram stop that is in the center of the road (i.e. the median), not the side that is located adjacent to the square.” We closed the deal and we waited anxiously for our trip. Everything went smooth as planned, indication were always precise. Thank you Katka for making this possible with your kindness and professionalism.

My family and I have recently returned from our trip: Munich - Prague - Berlin - Krakow. Katka, from Go Real Europe, was amazing from start to finish. She was always very responsive and worked tirelessly through my ever-changing itinerary (sorry Katka!!). But she came through and everything was perfect. All of the instructions were easy to understand, everything was waiting for us out our hotels as described. She pointed out sites to see that we would never have known about, let alone how to get there!!! The hotels she chose for us were all fantastic and served our purpose well. I have recommended her and Go Real Europe to everyone I know! I will definitely come back to use her stellar services again! Thank you, Katka, for being such a huge part of what made our trip so special.

I have sung your praises to everyone I met on the Uniworld Cruise and to friends at home. The hotels, tour guides and itineraries selected for us by Katka were perfect. We especially appreciate Katka's willingness to help locate my husband's cell phone that had been left behind on the train at Budapest. Our trip to Prague, Vienna and Munich was wonderful. Using Go Real Europe was a blessing. They were accommodating, flexible and really listened to what we wanted to get out of our time in Europe. Our guides were mostly good to great, and we learned a lot about the history of the countries and cultures. We used Grace as our guide, and I would recommend her or probably any others that you happen to work with. I would use Go Europe again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others that wish to go to Austria, Czech Rep., Germany and/or Poland.

Hi Andrew! Many thanks for your great planning! I must say that everything went smoothly! If you would like feedback on our trip and the hotels : Kampa Gardens is fantastic in terms of location, big room, tea/coffee and free mini bar! First time I have heard of this and it was a real treat! Martina at Reception was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. This hotel is highly recommended. Leonardo I think was no where near a 3 star. They lack amenities such as complimentary tea/coffee, water, phone and even no face tissue paper. For 3 guests they only have a room on the 3rd floor and you can imagine having to lug the heavy luggage up the stairs and then down again on checkout. The stairs was very worn out and a bit slippery that Richard almost tripped. They however have a kettle and some tea/coffee which guests can rent at 120 Czech per day. Auersberg Hotel have fantastic facilities and breakfast although I felt the Reception had double standards. The room is lovely and location is good too. It was such a treat to experience the snow . We really enjoyed the Sound of Music tour - mainly I think because we had a really jovial guide who was also a good entertainer. Hotel Continental has a really good location and fairly good breakfast. The building is a bit dated, but I guess the location makes up for it. The young chap at the Reception was very helpful and even loan me a kettle for free! Casati Hotel is fantastic too with great facility, complimentary tea/coffee and really good breakfast. Hendrik at the Reception was very good at his job and made us feel really welcome. Again, highly recommended. Feel free to give my compliments to Hendrik. The tour guides are all very good and professional and we learned heaps! All in all, we had a really great time and would certainly recommend Go Real Europe! Thanks again, Richard
