Our Go Real Europe Adventure
My husband and I recently returned from a trip to Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Salzburg, and Budapest. Our trip was 2 weeks, including the flights from and to home. Our experience could not have gone any better. My husband was the "navigator" and loved the maps and directions supplied by Go Real Europe. A few times we changed our day itinerary and were able to do so quite smoothly with the information provided. The guides were great and so much better than being in a large group listening on headsets. A personal guide is the way to go! We had a small hiccup in that one hotel had no record of our reservation. I immediately called Go Real Europe and they answered right away. Within minutes it was resolved and it was the fault of the reservation service at the hotel. The hotel gave us a double upgrade to our room for our inconvenience (which was really not necessary). I only mention it so you know Go Real Europe is readily available. Speaking of hotels, ours were excellent. When filling out the profile for Go Real Europe I did ask for A/C since last Sept was quite warm in Europe (this year just the opposite) so I am not sure what level we paid for but it was worth it.They were all very clean and centrally located. We loved them all. We took buses, rail, underground, and ferries with no issues. Every directive as to how to negotiate them was right on (and we had no previous experience with those modes of transportation.) One extra bit of advice- I found Rick Steves books to be an excellent add-on of tips and information to complete the travel itinerary. Bottom line: If you want a well planned adventure in Europe, I would highly recommend Go Real Europe.
