5 five of us travelled to Central and Eastern Europe by way of GRE and Martin was our contact person the booklet and the ticket vouchers were done in an excellent way we were able to organize our day to the fullest extent with the helpful suggestions that they gave... our guides were fabulous especially the one in Budapest...we all were deeply touched by how she presented her information on her country I heard many times for my travel companions Of how impressed they were with Go real Europe they have never heard of the company before and I had taken a chance by signing up with them but they were all extremely satisfied with how our trip turned out in the five of countries/cities that we visited (Munich Prague Bratislava Budapest Vienna and Salzburg. We would definitely use them again!

We visited Munich, Prague, Dresden, and Berlin. Go Real Europe was fantastic on all aspects of our trip that they were responsible for. From our initial contact, Jared Holmes from GRE was responsive and quickly able to adjust aspects of our trip based on our interests. If we asked a question he got back to us virtually immediately despite the time difference. For transportation, the cars were luxurious in Germany and very clean in each country, and most important, they were on time. The drivers were all very pleasant and helpful. We wanted to use public transportation in the cities and trains between the cities and GRE had tickets set up with great explanations for their transit systems. Their information booklet once our trip was set was invaluable. Our hotels were very nice and the service at each was excellent. The best part of the trip were the individual guided tours that GRE set up for us. We had five individual tours and each was great. The tour guides were all very well informed on the subject matter and our guided tours were a pleasure. Because my wife and I were the only people on the tours, each guide was able to adapt to our needs quickly. And they all were very helpful with suggestions about our unguided time. We can’t say enough about how much GRE contributed to making our trip a success and a wonderful time. We will definitely use their services again and our only regret is they don’t cover the entire continent. On the other hand they clearly know Central Europe very well. We are already thinking about our next trip.

The trip was perfect for us. This was our second time using Go Real Europe and could't have been happier. We had a private guide in each city to provide an overview and highlights {generally two hours). The rest of the city was on our own time. We had a private driver for airport pickup and drop-off, and a driver to take us from one city to the next. Things to do/see in the individual location were recommended and well documented in the itinerary. All lodging was pre-paid. if the locations match our desires, we will be using them again next year.

My husband found Go Real Europe after some searching for European tour packages, and we used them to plan our two-week honeymoon in Central and Eastern Europe. It was an extremely positive experience for us; the Go Real Europe staff were highly communicative and helpful, and they provided us with a lot of possibilities for our vacation. Even while we were on the trip, and encountered a minor issue or two, the Go Real Europe staff was quick to respond to all our inquiries and ensured a smooth, enjoyable trip. Having Go Real Europe arrange all the inter-city rail travel was a huge benefit, and the tips they provide to you in the itinerary for traveling by rail were really helpful to us as we had not previously traveled in those countries before. We were able to navigate things easily with the added information Go Real Europe includes in the itinerary, which made for stress-free travel days. Speaking of the itinerary they provided you as part of the package, this was fantastic and was replete with tons of options of things to do. We tended to use the itinerary as a starting point and then crafted our own day as we went along, but it was so valuable to have their tips, tricks, and recommendations at hand for referencing while out and about. The hotels and accommodations that Go Real Europe recommended were stellar and we had excellent experiences at all of them. I really liked being able to choose between a few different options when building the travel package. Altogether, this was a wonderful honeymoon and my husband and I were extraordinarily pleased. Definitely the trip of a lifetime -- thanks to Go Real Europe!

I found Go Real Europe as a pop-up while I was researching vacation options. I was attracted by the individual itinerary and private guides. When I asked for a sample itinerary I was surprised by the detail and the cost. The only thing that I added was an upgrade to first class railroad tickets for our intercity travel. The smaller boutique hotels were well situated, friendly, clean, comfortable and 5-star rated by TripAdvisor. The individual guides, in each city (Berlin, Munich and Prague) were extremely informative and interesting to listen to. They even arranged for us to attend an opera in Prague. I highly recommend Go Real Europe and I will use them again.

Traveling with our 3 children (16, 13 and 12) over this past holiday to Munich, Salzburg, Prague and Krakow was an incredible adventure. Our arrangements were planned, booked and payed for through Go Real Europe. Their detailed itinerary and voucher booklet were thorough and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating with any changes we threw their way during the planning process. We had zero "glitches" with trains, tours, and reservations. All our guides were prompt and very knowledgable. The hotels were clean and comfortable and each tour that was set-up was on point. (I mention this because not all group tours are created equal). Thank you Martin for helping us plan such a memorable trip for our family. Now, if you could only help with the jet lag...

I am a bit delayed on this review, it’s actually my first online review and was my first time using a travel agency in many years. We are huge travel enthusiasts, I always research, plan and book myself. Because I am less familiar with Eastern Europe, geographically, culturally and their language, I was attracted to Go Real Europe when it came up with an online search. I connected immediately with Grace Anne Sillano. She previously lived in the States, and quickly understood my personal interests and style for travel. We visited both Prague and Budapest, the trip was fabulous. The level of detail, the descriptions, the guides, the itinerary, and the directions were all A+. They exceeded beyond our expectations. I traveled with my husband and 26 year old daughter. We left the States with enthusiasm, and then were blown away at the awesomeness of our journey. Each city was beautiful and enchanting. We loved the squares, the cafés, the architecture, the history, the culture. It was such an educational experience too from medieval times, to religious struggles, through World War II to the rise and fall of communism. From a logistical and organization perspective, we couldn’t be happier. Go Real Europe did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend the Prestige in Budapest, a beautiful upscale hotel with a fantastic central location. We are big walkers and walked everywhere. Our schedule was perfect, it got us up and out early, it also allowed time for exploration and meandering. My husband and I did a bike trip in Prague and were able to see the countryside, I would highly recommend this. Prague is enchanting, maintaining ancient beauty. In Budapest the Synagogue Tour and House of Terror is a must, particularly for Americans. The name could be off-putting yet it is more a political study into communism. We had a fabulous - three country/city trip - Budapest, Krakow, Prague due in large part to the great experience we had working with this company and in particular Jared. From the website, to the itinerary to the chat feature, it is a very impressive and easy to use website. Moreover, as a non-millennial, I had reservations about planning all of this 'sight unseen', totally over the internet and via e-mail (I found this company in a google search and by checking on-line credentials and reviews). This trip was an important one to my family, and as the family trip 'planner' I felt the risk and pressure to ensure that we all had a good experience. Jared obviously felt the same. He was reassuring, but not pushy, and was able to develop trust via his follow-up and thoroughness. It was a pleasure working with him. This is great company with employees who are committed to providing their clients with a wonderful travel experience.
