We just returned from our 14 day trip to Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Vienna, Salzburg, and Munich. We had a wonderful experience! Since this was our first trip to Europe, we wanted the security of having Go Real Europe book hotels and transportation between sites, but we also wanted some freedom once there. It worked out perfectly. Our hotels were clean and in great locations. The itinerary Go Real Europe provided was beyond my expectations - very helpful and detailed. Transfers between locations were reliable. We especially enjoyed the personal guided tour in each city - our guides were all friendly and knowledgeable. We left a purse (with passport) behind on a train and Martin went beyond the call of duty to help us get it back in a timely way. We were very pleased with Go Real Europe and would definitely recommend them.

Although we were initially hesitant about dealing with an overseas company - was this legitimate? - the end result was wonderful and we have just returned from a holiday which included two weeks in Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Vienna and Budapest organised by Go Real Europe. As mature aged travellers from Australia who prefer to travel independently, Go Real Europe provided a wonderful compromise between organised group travel and making all the arrangements ourselves. GRE booked hotels and transfer arrangements between cities and we received comprehensive information regarding these arrangements. The hotels selected were all in excellent locations and suited our needs. GRE provided tickets to access public transport and outstanding maps - we loved the maps! We began our time in each city with a personal guided walk organised by GRE. Our guides all spoke excellent English, outlined the history of their city and provided many tips about where to go, and what to see. While GRE also provided a comprehensive itinerary covering local attractions, we tended to use this as a guide when planning our day, depending on how we felt. We only had one small hiccup during our trip and due to the systems in place, this was quickly solved with a phone call to the company. Thank you to Jared who dealt with our many questions in the early planning stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. It is legitimate!

I will admit that when I first found the website I was somewhat hesitant about its credibility. I could not have been more pleased in working with them, especially Jared Holmes. The trip was absolutely more than we ever hoped for. Having everything ready such as hotels, tours, transportation, and directions and suggestions on things to do and where to go were spot on. When they say they give detailed directions for you, it is NOT general directions, it is step by step instructions. When you are in a foreign country and cannot speak the language, these directions were PRICELESS. Jared set up a guided tour in each city we visited and we expected the tours to be in a group but to our surprise and pleasure we had a guide just for us. I would use them again and again if we go back to Europe.

GoRealEurope and Martin in particular were excellent to work with. Sharing ideas and suggestions for our trip making sure that it would be exactly what we wanted. From the extensive itinerary that was sent, excellent exclusive maps for each city, city passes, transit tickets, personal guides and prearranged taxis to and from trains and airports, service was outstanding. Problems were corrected immediately and Martin even stopped the rain in Budapest for the few days we were there!

Six of us just returned from a trip to Berlin, Prague, Budapest and Vienna planned by Karolina Sokolowska of Go Real Europe. It couldn't have been better planned or more enjoyable. She totally listened to what we wanted and had just the perfect number of guided tours (led by incredible guides) and time on our own to explore. All arrangements went smoothly. While on the trip I wanted to change the time that we were to meet with a guide and emailed her not sure I could get her at that late date. She immediately emailed and called me and made the change we requested even though it was last minute. The hotel choices were very good. She gave us three choices in every city. In only one city did we select her first choice and it was by far the best hotel we stayed in. If she gives you choices, take her first recommendation. We traveled between the cities by train and once by van; all arranged by her and all perfectly thought out and planned. I would never take another trip to Europe without using Go Real Europe. And the pricing was superb.

We recently enjoyed a trip to Poland, spending 4 days in Warsaw and 4 days in Krakow. This included pick up and transport from and to the sirport and rail transport between the cities, along with 2 guided tours in each city. The printable itinerary contained precise details and directions, and wonderful suggestions for days of self-exploration. On two occasions, there were changes in timing of pick-up, and we were notified well in advance. I would highly recommend Go Europe for anyone considering European travel.

Go Real Europe made my first trip to Europe one amazing experience! The choice of hotels was great with their central location and delicious breakfasts. It worked so well to have the private guide take us on a walking tour to get introduced to each city. The itinerary included so very many interesting and worthwhile options and suggestions. Basically GRE took care of all of the stressful pieces to foreign travel so we could just soak in the story of each city.

I'll try to be concise, but there are so many wonderful things to say about GRE, it will be difficult! This company makes the logistics of travel easy, allowing the traveler to experience the culture and ambience of each destination. My husband and I took a two week trip to Vienna, Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Krakow and Warsaw. Jared was our agent and was helpful and responsive despite several changes in itinerary. With all the moving about, all drivers were on time, pleasant and English speaking. All the hotels were well located with excellent facilities and great breakfast buffets. Our guides were terrific-knowledgeable, accommodating and engaged. They all seemed to take a personal interest in our trip and ensuring we had a great experience. We loved having private guides, and not being part of large groups. It was so helpful having detailed directions on use of public transportation and having the tickets beforehand. We loved the spectacular and elegant dinner cruise on the river in Prague-magical and romantic. All in all, the experience could not have been better, and we look forward to using GRE on our next trip!
