We just returned from our trip to Venice, Ljubljana (Slovenia), Plitvice Lakes (Croatia), Spit (Croatia), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Mostar (Montenegro). We also had many additional day trips to many beautiful sites and locations. We traveled in and out of Bosnia because of the coastal area boarders. We only had one missed guide in Ljubljana. Most hotels picked very nice, most 4 star except in Ljubljana. Go Real Europe has a very good handle on planning trips through this area of Europe with very complete information pages to get you around all of the tourist areas. Their transfer drivers provide were excellent . On our next trip to Europe we will definitely will use Go Real Europe. Shout out to our travel specialist Brendan.

We were quite impressed with Go Real Europe and our consultant, Karolina. We traveled to Poland, Prague, Budapest and Croatia and there were a couple of minor incidents along the way, but all in all I would recommend the company to anyone!

The trip suggestions and itinerary were well adapted to my particular requirements. Maybe the hotel choice could have been better, but it was well packaged.

We just returned from a trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague. GoReal arranged everything (rail, city transport, hotel, pickup at rail stations, guides) and there was not a flaw in the process. Our hotel in Budapest, The Prestige, was by far the best of the three but the other two were as good as we hoped. We had to communicate with GoReal while on the trip and their responses were immediate and very satisfying.I had to phone them several times and spoke to different personnel. but did not have to review the information. They had everything at hand. As soon as I said my name, they were totally up to speed. All of the arranged drivers were excellent with one exception, who was frustrated due to our train arriving over 2 hours late. I will use GoReal at some point in the future for another rtip

We recently completed a wonderful trip to East Europe - Warsaw, Krakow, Vienna, Prague and Budapest. Go Real Europe had organized a very well planned trip for us with minute details and helpful suggestions. The guides for our day trips in the cities were excellent. Public transport tickets and private transfers were flawless. However, there are a couple of recommendations: - Hotel selection should be more thoughtfully done by the agency since we have very little knowledge about the places to stay in Europe. In Krakow we stayed in a hotel which had two separate wings, three stars and four stars wings in one building. We stayed in the three star part of the hotel which was a little rundown and not much fun. - More clarity is needed on train reservation specially the over-night intercity journeys. Our sleeper was in a second class coach with 6 sleepers in one comparment. That was a difficult experience especially when we had dicussed this with the agency and mentioned our aversion to uncomfortable train travel.

We spent 2 weeks in Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, Prague and Budapest. We liked traveling by train except Prague to Budapest was awful. The train had six seats to each compartment, we were assigned the 2 middle seats. It was unfortunately 94° in Europe the time we were there and they kept turning the ac off and it hardly worked when it was on. Luckily we spent the whole 6 hours in the dining car where we were at least a little cooler. The train was packed with people. Our hotel in Salzburg had no ac and we were forced to leave the windows open at night which was right on a very busy street so we finally slept after 2am when things finally got quiet. Our favorite hotel was the Casati in Budapest. We liked having our train and transportation tickets in advance and also having the guides and some of the private pick up and drop offs worked very well. The girl that picked us up in Prague took us all the way to our train platform! She went above and beyond! The guide for the beer tour in Prague was over an hour late but we're glad we waited for him as it was really worth it and probably the most fun we had the whole time! We could have saved a lot of money by just planning everything on our own. However we liked the fact that it was all planned out for us and we could choose and add our own things to do. We figured out the metro on our on or just asking the hotel for assistance. We rode the bus or metro and saved money on cabs to and from train stations. The hotels were cheap and transportation cheap so we could have saved a couple thousand dollars booking on our own. But for the first time traveling by train I think it was worth it.

Everything was spot on and organized, with the only exceptions being 1) one of the tour guides never showed up, and 2) my pre-scheduled taxi transfer in Budapest never showed up. Go Real handled both situations really well by refunding my money. I think Go Real Europe worked really well for a solo traveler like myself, with their precise directions, ticket vouchers, and immediate phone support when I needed it. I would highly recommend Go Real Europe.

This trip was most enjoyable, with my eight-year-old grandsons having an enormously enjoyable time. The Prague Zoo and Budapest Children's run railway were two highlights. The boys particularly liked the two guides we had in Budapest and Prague. Our guide in Vienna I thought was great but the boys thought she "talked too slow." The overnight train trip was fine, but not being able to get into our hotel room until 2:00 pm was disconcerting, particularly when we were pretty beat. Unfortunately, the hotel in Budapest has only a faint acquaintance with air conditioning. Temperature in the room rarely fell below 23.5 even after I complained to the front desk three times. All of the hotels were centrally located and modern. One big complaint I had with Go Real Europe was that, even after submitting the boys' passports and repeatedly stating that they were identical twins, was that every hotel had them listed as brothers, aged eight and one. We found a crib rather than a bed in each hotel. The hotels were quick to correct the discrepancy but we should not have had to wait for them to do so. I would definitely recommend Go Real Europe again, but would try hard to ensure that they had our information correct.
