Our trip was only so successful because of Go Real Europe! Having our transportation planned ahead in each location was key, the hotels were amazing and just what we wanted, the attention to detail in the itinerary was extremely helpful, and the list of options for daily activities went above and beyond. We loved our private guided tours the most! A must do in any new city. The maps were greatly helpful as well and we used them all the time. Thank you for helping us with such a wonderful and unforgettable trip!!!

Excellent trip to Croatia. Accommodations were well located and excellent in all respects. Private transfers and tours all on time and efficient. We had to make a few adjustments while our trip was in progress. Support from Go Real in accommodating our request was easy and efficient. This level of support when travelling to foreign lands is a big part of the value offering of Go Real. Croatia was not my first booking with Go Real and not my last.

For sure my next trip will be book via Go Real Europe. Incredible service and not only from my agent, but from everybody I spoke to. There is always something that won't go like we want, but they quickly resolved the issue.

The company was very proactive in insuring I was immediately assigned a new agent. Clay was assigned to my account and the transition was seamless. Clay is a professional and was very responsive and helpful to any questions or changes to my itinerary. The trip was perfect for us. The local providers of private transfers and tours were also professional and always on time. The hotels chosen were very nice and easily accessible to local sites and restaurants. Go Real Europe has earned our appreciation and promotion for planning our 2-week trek through Prague, Krakow (including Auschwitz-Birkenau), Budapest, and Vienna. My husband and I are long-seasoned travelers, but we were new to these European countries and also not adequately prepared for the physical challenges of extensive walking tours (lots of stairs, cobblestones and uneven terrain) now that we are in our mid-70’s. The well-organized and detailed preparation advice and step-by-step directions, including photos and tips, were invaluable. Our transportation arrangements, hotels, tours, and guides were all outstanding. Fortunately, we had only a few minor hiccups that we resolved ourselves. But having 24/7 access to Go Real Staff (and prompt email responses from our terrific coordinator, Clay Copeland) was comforting. We found the companies with which Go Real Europe (GRE) coordinates tours to be trustworthy, providing us with knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and personable guides and drivers. It was also reassuring to hear unsolicited praise for GRE’s integrity and reliability from our guides and hotel staff, even from the Vienna Tourism Office personnel – they all welcome working with GRE. Go Real Europe insured that my husband and I could travel to Budapest, Prague and Nuremberg with ease. The detailed directions included photos on where to turn and the additional tips on how to access various sites was invaluable. The transportation arrangements, hotels and guides were all top notch. Martin was excellent from contact through return. He arranged hotels, private guides,private cars with great drivers at Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, and Dubrovnik, Croatia.Hotels were perfectly located and clean, with expected amenities. Guides were perfect speakers of English, and very knowledgable. We went on to Greece, where I did the arrangements, but could no top Martin. I shall invite Martin to plan any next European trip.
