Aegis Agents Well Informed

Excellent Sales Agent
The sales agent was very easy to communicate with. She was patient as I explained the details of a 7 person trip, and was very clear as to how the coverage worked for various possible tour interruptions/cancellations. She was very professional.

Customer Service
The customer service I received from Aegis was excellent, especially from Claire. She was helpful, knowledgeable & patient, answered all my questions, & quickly resolved my issue.
