My Church purchased a baptistry heater. When it arrived, it was badly damaged. Shipping was arranged by Gordo Sales and they would not replace it or refund it and would not help on trying to make a claim on Shipping.

Good products, good service. I ordered custom cartridge heaters, they arrived in good condition and are good quality. There was a small glitch with the GordoSales website that messed up shipping quotes, but I called and the CS rep was very friendly and he sorted things out while I was on the phone. I'll be ordering from them again.
