This is a cute idea, but if your dog has black fur the photo doesn't come out very detailed. I also don't like the quality of the sock for the amount I paid

We are saddened to see that the material of the custom product didn't meet your expectations. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, it's a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Believe me, our main focus is to make our customers happy and for them to have a memorable gift. We value and appreciate your business. We're so happy with our purchase! We ordered two blankets with different images and patterns on each, and both turned out incredibly well. To top it all off, the entire order was created and shipped to me within 10 days. 10/10 would recommend.

Had many troubles with the delivery. First package was lost. Second one ok but arrived 2 weeks late (for a BDay gift). In addition, clients from EU NEEDS to be warned that they will be charged extra at the moment of reception of the package. In my case I had to pay over 6 euros, which is not your fault, but this needs to be disclosed before finalizing the order. Thanks

Hello Fernando, We apologize for the experience you had with the deliver. Due to the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Also, as stated on our Pupsocks website in our FAQs, international orders can take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product (not counting production time). We are committed and work tirelessly to meet our valued customer's needs. We hope you give us another opportunity and have a better experience the next time your shop with us. If you have any questions and concerns, please contact our customer service agents at [email protected]

The pictures were great! However the socks were very cheap and very uncomfortable. Almost unwearable
