The wrong image was sent to me. I have a pair of socks with somebody else’s pet on them. I tried to reach the company MULTIPLE TIMES for a refund and have not heard anything back. I sent multiple emails and online chats and received nothing. There is no phone number to call them. At this point, it feels like this company stole $25 from me.

The quality was a bit underwhelming. Fairly cheap socks for the price. I don't expect them to last very long. That said, they did do a good job at isolating the dog from the photo and putting it in the socks. They are cute, just wish the quality was much better. Fun for a one time purchase but probably wouldn't order again due to the quality.

I have not received my order. I cannot see the tracking status of my order either so have no indication of when I might receive order. Was supposed to be a birthday gift but have given up hope that it will arrive
