It took almost four weeks for my socks to arrive and when they finally did they were the wrong size. I tried to reach out to customer service twice, but no one responded to me. I am really disappointed. I paid $25 for one pair of socks because of your cute and creative way of putting our pet's face on them- instead of sending an XS (for my daughter) I was sent an XL which won’t work at all. I hope you can correct this and get me replacement socks size XS before Christmas.

Sent one pair of socks with two different dogs (one of which was not my dog). Have emailed 3 times, filled out online Customer Service form. 10 days and not a single response outside of the auto-generated ‘someone will be in touch’

Order did not arrive intact. Appeared as if someone forgot to seal the USPS package; USPS stamped package "received without contents". Tried for over a week to get a hold of customer service and no response. Was supposed to be a Christmas for mother who's dog passed away recently.

The socks are a good quality, yet I was a little disappointed that not more of the dogs' heads were showing. They cropped the faces with minimal surrounding features, so it was hard to realize these were the actual dogs in the photo. I probably would not purchase these again.

I was so excited to receive these socks for a Christmas gift for my husband. The dogs are our children. Unfortunately, you can only make out 1 of our 3 babies faces. For the price I expected a better turn out.

I have reached out to Customer Service at least 10 times via email, facebook, messenger, etc to no avail. My order is not what I was expecting....sizing is huge for a child and instructions for my order were not followed. I have not received a single response from any member of CS and have been trying for weeks.

My order was just as promised: a high quality pair of socks with the pup's photo clearly on them! And the mask looks great too. Excellent job, everyone!
