I am so disappointed with these socks. I have reached out 4 times now and never received a response. The picture is blurry and the socks are not he vibrant colors that were advertised. I would like a redo. I would like to pick a new design too. My order # was 2609407

I order two pairs in two separate orders. The first order had no shipping populate for almost two weeks, but miraculously made it there. The second pair is worthless. The image of my dog is too dark to be distinguishable. It looks like a big black blog. When I reach out to customer service I get no reply. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Not happy with the product. Can't even tell that it's a dog on the blanket

I received custom socks and one of the three socks had the wrong picture on it, a dog pic I didn't send in. Mess ups are one thing but I have attempted to get ahold of customer service and it's been over a week with no reply. Not worth the money for this.
