We ordered 3 different things 3 separate times as far out as a full month ago and have yet to receive anything we ordered… you’ll blame the shipping on someone/thing else however ultimately it rests on you.

Non responsive customer service, my order has still not been received by USPS, though I received shipping notification over 2 weeks ago. Have submitted requests and had no response. Terrible company.

Wrong socks delivered. I have e mailed twice and no word back. I have a pair of 35 dollars socks that I do not have my dogs or design on them.

I'll skip over the problems you had with the photo I submitted for my order (which wasn't grainy or unclear, by the way). I got an email on 11/29/21 saying my order shipped (which was 2 weeks after I ordered it!). The tracking# for USPS says they are still waiting for the package 2 weeks later!!! What the ever living hell? I know, everyone wants to blame COVID for supply-chain issues or labor shortages, but get your act together and send my stuff to the post office for God's sake! Your competitor shipped me some photo socks and I got them in less than a week from my order date. So what's your problem???

I really loved the product and how it came out. I originally was going to give them 4 stars because they didn't show me how the product would look like before sending it and took over a month to finally ship my product. However, they did a nice job overall and very happy with my purchase.

When you put them on you can't make out the picture! Garbage!

Quick service and the result is amazing! Got a pair for both of my young adult daughters and I know they well both cherish their pair... esp since they're both at college and away from their fur babies!!💋
