Received my gift blanket today. So very soft and an exact replica of the photo sent in. Would definitely recommend this site and their items to anyone.

They are cute but a little rough. directions weren't followed. Not bad overall...

The concept is great! I sent my picture to them thinking they would outline the face only based on the pictures on the site. The used the whole picture. The quality of the material is not necessarily sock material and there is a viable seam. Very disappointed. I sent an email to customer service and it failed.

I was so excited to order these socks for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, when i received them, my dog's image was completely blurred and it looked nothing like her. I won't be giving these as a gift and will likely donate them. Very very disappointed.

I never received my product

The picture looks exactly like I wanted it. But these are NOT wearable socks. They have no stretch to them - they are more like nylon bags. And I have been receiving 10-15 emails PER DAY from them, trying to get me to buy more, and hitting the "Unsubscribe" button does nothing. Just going to chock it up to experience and try a different company next time.

Your communications are horrible! I've sent 3 emails about my dissatisfaction of your product. I have had no replies. I will never order another thing from you! The blanket I bought looks horrible I try and buy a special gift for my girlfriend and it is junk I'm sure it's way too late to fix it before Christmas...so I guess I'll eat the money I spent and hope you have a bad Christmas

If there was a zero star rating I would choose that. I placed an order on 11/13 and have never gotten it. I sent several inquiries and received auto replies that someone would get back to me - it never happened. I tried a different way to message PupSocks and finally received a reply that they were sorry and would process my order. I still haven't gotten it. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.
