Order was missing items. They apologized and reordered the missing item. However, Made no attempt to get me the item in time for Christmas. Made no attempt to put item into production queue first. Made no attempt to ship overnight. My original order was placed over a month ago.

I was so impressed with the quality of the socks and how well the picture turned out. My boyfriend loved them and he is 6'6 with big feet so to see how big they came made me really happy. I was skeptical at first spending so much money on a pair of socks... I am so glad that I did and he loves wearing them !!

absolute scam. zero customer service. they spend all of their resources on digital marketing, but yet i couldn't even cancel an order before it went into production. they claimed a "guaranteed delivery by christmas" weeks ago and my estimated delivery is in the new year. 4 customer service requests that will "take a few hours to get back to you" are all unanswered over the course of 2 weeks. Take your business elsewhere!!

I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month. I also haven’t been able to reach anyone in customer service, which I’ve tried repeatedly for the last week.

Great concept but the picture of my dog on the socks is very dark and the texture of the socks is a strange material. Wasn’t able to reach anyone to help with the picture quality so would not repurchase. Okay for a novel gift.

The product is exactly what I expected. The experience, however, was not. It took much longer than the processing time per their website. When they finally arrived, I was missing one of my items and had someone else’s socks with their dogs on it in my order. They are sending me a replacement pair, but it’ll arrive too late to be the Christmas present it was intended for.

I never received them!

The design is cute but the socks are… not socks. They’re this weird material and not sock shaped. More like tubes. Very odd and disappointing. :(
