Ordered 2 pair of socks with our dogs face on them. Received only 1 pair of socks with our dogs face, and another pair with a random cat face. We don't own cats. Customer service does not respond, the IG account doesn't respond. Do not buy from this place. I have been unable to get my money back or the ordered correct. Merry Christmas.

The socks were PERFECT and turned out so great. I wish they could have sent a proof of what they were making before making it, to check that the picture chosen is okay — but my socks still turned out so I’m very happy!

Awful customer service. I bought my product of 25th November. I was told that it was plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. I now learn after further enquiry that it will not arrive until 29th. No emails before to warn me. May be OK in USA. But my advice is do NOT use this company if outside of the USA

Extremely POOR quality! Way too big and has no elasticity to even fit. It also took way to long to receive them.
