The image was great BUT the socks do NOT fit very well. The quality of sock was not the greatest, the size did not fit my daughter and it was too tight around the ankle. Disappointed!

Absolutely horrible... tracking for the order was unreliable and when the socks came in they were not even the picture of the dog I submitted. Unless they remedy this situation I will not be ordering from this company again.

I received the wrong order entirely and no one has returned my messages.

While they supposedly produced the socks almost immediately, they took almost 3 weeks to arrive, with no way to track the delivery. The sock material is not very comfortable. I ordered 2 pair, for two different dogs. On one of them, the black dog's face was one color, with no details, even though the original photo had highlights that defined the dog's face. And the other was cropped strangely.

I wanted to love them but I had a bad experience from the start. The ordering was easy but the socks took forever to get printed, then there were some quality control issues so the order took even longer to process. When the order finally shipped - one month after being placed - it was shipped with their regular shipper (not expedited even though we were getting close to Christmas at this point) and the package still has not arrived. I placed my order on Nov 10th and it's now Dec 25th. At first customer service was helpful and refunded me 15% because of the delay but when it became apparent that the order wouldn't get delivered in time for Christmas they just stopped answering my messages. I finally had to put a stop payment on my credit card for the purchase because PupSocks hasn't responded to my messages and the product was never delivered.

My sister absolutely loves her new socks and said it was the best present ever. She adores her cats and laughed so hard when realizing it was actually HER cats on the socks. Great purchase. Arrived fast too.

The photoshop work was horrible. I would not buy again
