Ordered socks. They are very cute with the print but the socks are incredibly uncomfortable and unwearable.

I received my mask but someone else's socks. It was a Christmas gift so I was beyond mad. I sent in a help request to their support team because they don't have a phone number and they have yet to get back to me.

I ordered 3 blankets. I only received 1 blanket. The shipment was labeled “damaged on arrival”. I received an open package containing 1 blanket with no packing slip. I waited a few days to see if something else was going to show up. Nothing came. I emailed the company. 2 days later I received an automated response that someone would be reaching out to me within 72 hours. I have still not heard from anyone. Still rated 2 stars because the one blanket I received is exactly what I thought I was getting. Hopefully they will do right by me and rectify the situation.

Ordered for xmas or at least new years and still have not received. Has not even shipped according to UPS. Terrible. Will never use again.

Terrible quality. Fabric is not that stretchy and the fit is awkward and not comfortable at all. The image printed really dark (darker than photo supplied) and looks bad. Would not recommend. I think they will probably go in the trash. It also took three weeks for them to arrive and my enquirer to the company went unanswered. Worst purchase ever.
