I received my order in my mailbox only to find an empty bag!! I have reached out numerous times to find out if I can get a refund or if a new order can be shipped. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift so it was very disappointing to find only a shipping bag that was empty. If someone could please get back to me regarding this. I have ordered with you before but will most likely not order again given the poor customer service. Order # 2672007.

The images are great. However, I expected a thicker more comfortable sock though. They are thin.

It has been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my order! I can't track it and I've reached out via email for hel0 with no response from PupSocks. There isn't a customer service number to call to actually speak to someone about it so I can't get a refund without filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible experience and terrible customer service.

I don’t have a single good thing to say about my experience with this company. I placed my order which included the style of sock and the picture of my dog which I wanted printed on the sock. I waited over 2 weeks for the item to arrive. Upon arrival, instead of being the sock I ordered with my submitted photo, PupSocks sent me a pair of socks with some stock image of a cat on it. I contacted PupSocks 6 days ago to discuss resolution and received an email saying it would take UP TO 72 hours to receive a response. It has been double that amount of time and I have received zero communication. Now I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware. AVOID buying from this company.
