Socks were ok, but expected more thickness, and to look rounded on end like a foot does, not just straight across….but, she liked them so that’s all that mattered.

Product is good enough, price is too high for me.

Terrific quality, but somehow our dogs faces ended up really dark. Not the same brightness as in the pics I sent. Especially frustrating since we have a black dog so you can barely make out his features.

You can not see anything on the face that I selected for the socks and when sending an email there has been no response to fixing the problem

I would love to say 5 stars, but seeing as how my sock order has been stuck in Morrow, GA for 13 days, I can’t speak for their quality and cuteness…. Ordered December 3! Contacted customer service December 22 and still haven’t gotten a real-person response. Maybe think of shipping with something other than ups mail innovations next year! USPS is a complete train wreck, so maybe just choose something that is a one-carrier option! I paid for shipping, it wasn’t free! I would’ve paid a few dollars more for a reliable shipping method, Instead of sitting here b!tching about not receiving a stupid sock gift. I mean, I literally live 4 hours from your facility, yet they’ve been in shipping mode for over 2 weeks!!!!! I will not order from you shipping Scrooges again! And if you don’t like sh!tty reviews, don’t send me the option to leave one before making sure I actually got the f’ing order. Oh, and thanks for making me a Karen the day after Christmas. I bought a pair of PupSocks for my mother-in-law for Christmas, but the fabric of the socks arrived torn. I reached out to support a week before Christmas, but did not hear anything back. I'm disappointed by the tear and lack of response by the brand. Due to this, I would not recommend PupSocks.
