Love them! I was able to put multiple cats on one pair!

Disappointed. Ordered socks on December 5th, arrived December 25th and they were someone else's socks. Mine had a photo of my sweet Rat Terrier and I received random cat faces on a psychedelic patterned sock. I sent an email upon receipt requesting this be rectified. Fingers and toes crossed.

We lost our Leila in February of this year and these socks will be a continued memory for us.❤️❤️❤️

I have never received my order I placed I on December 5th. I emailed 2 different times with no response but an auto reply.

Our dog died in November. An ad for pup socks showed up on my Instagram account so I ordered a pair for my wife as a Christmas present. I paid extra for the three pictures. I put in one instruction. The instruction was not followed and the color of the photos on the socks is so dark that the dog can not be seen. Someone actually signed off on them! I placed a complaint with pup socks and they asked for 72 hours to reply but they still have not replied, it has been 12 days. This is a huge waste of time and money- there are much cooler things you can do to show your pride for your pet. Perhaps they will reply and make things right but I won’t hold my breath (or give the socks to my wife).

the photo of the dog was a black blob of ink. I have requested refund and attached photo of socks in support of my claim on more than one occasion with no response. s39 down the drain. in addition it was a Xmas gift.

BEWARE. $123 worth of socks order placed 12/2/21 AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS. Received email communication to expect order in 8-10 business days. Order still has not arrived. Reached out via email (since there is NO PHONE NUMBER listed to speak w customer service) with a generic response saying that someone would be in contact with me within 72 hours. It has been well over a week and no one has been in contact. Filing a dispute with my credit card company as well as with BBB. BEWARE. You can search the internet to read the many, many other reviews fr customers who never received their order, received the wrong order, and have received no communication.

Socks might be great but I haven’t received them! All I get is an auto reply when I try to contact customer service. I want my $30 back! Horribly slow shipping, zero communication with customer service, find someone on Etsy that will do this and actually get them sent to you!
