The good: the pictures/design element came out really well- my husband loved the look of the socks. The bad: I ordered the socks on Nov. 4th and it didn't ship til Nov. 26th, so you really need to plan ahead if these are a gift. The really bad: The socks are unwearable. While they technically have a "heel" to them, they're really just a tube that, once one, bunches so much in the front that they're really uncomfortable to walk in. They're very stiff and chafe the front of your ankle. Unfortunately, these will be purely decorative and will never be worn, and the whole point was to give my husband something fun to wear that reminded him of home on his 12 hour nursing shifts during the holidays. Major bummer.

We placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to receive it. Additionally, we have emailed and used their online contact forms multiple times over the past two weeks with no replies from the Pupsocks company and couldn't be more disappointed with a blown christmas gift. Terrible customer service and communication. I just hope we get confirmation that the product is coming soon so we don't have to report the purchase as fraudulent to our credit card company.

Placed order, received shipping confirmation and have yet to get my product. Customer Service emails bounce back as undeliverable. Just looked up reviews on FB only to find out this is what they do. COMPLETE SCAM. Super disappointing.

4 weeks have passed, no one answers me, there is no parcel

I ordered 3 pairs on 11/28 as Christmas gifts. The package shipped on 12/8 and arrived on 12/17. There was only 1 pair of socks in the order. I emailed immediately (there is no customer service phone number). I emailed again on 12/21 and 12/22. As of today (12/27), I have received NO CONTACT except the automated email saying they have gotten my emails. I didnt have these as gifts for my parents and am very disappointed in the complete lack of response.

Buy with caution: The socks look nice when received but when you put them on, the picture fades away cause of being stretched on to a foot. So if you have a wide or big foot I suggest you re-think of your purchase. This is for only people with skinny narrow feet.

Perfect gift for animal lovers!

It took 22 business days for my socks to arrive (one whole month), and when I got in touch with them to ask about what was going on, I got an email saying that I would get a response in 72 hours, which I then never got. I did get them, but very late to send for Christmas. The print looks good, but the socks are thin are look like they won't stand up to any real wear.
