Website promised delivery by Christmas. It’s December 27 and order still hasn’t arrived. Ordered on November 19.

The prints and socks came out great. the quality of the actual sock wasn't as nice

Screen print image was clear and well done. Socks themselves are a bit tight on top of the foot/ top of the ankle area. Overall, really happy with them.

This was a first time purchase and I was not impressed, unfortunately. The idea is too cute, but I did not like the look or feel of the socks when they arrived. The picutre I sent was of a white dog and the socks are a grey/yellow color-- I chose the all-over print and maybe that was my first mistake. But I also thought the material of the socks was not very nice. Maybe that's what it has to be in order to print on them. But it was not soft at all. They are a gift, so I hope my friend likes them more than me.

I have been trying to contact you for weeks. It says my order was shipped however, it was handed off to UPS, who handed it off to the USPS who never received it, just the pallet it was supposed to be on. So Pup Socks doesn't have it, UPS won't talk to me because they don't have it, the US Post office doesn't have it, and I don't have it or any answers. It's bad enough I ordered back in November in time for Christmas, but now I'm out a gift and the cost of 3 pairs of socks and no help from anyone. I was at my local post office today who searched for me, even though they technically never even received it. I understand issues happen but the inability to contact PupSocks directly, or get a response from them is very frustratng. Order # 2635891
