It is not the material of a sock! So disappointing. Then the image of my dog was so dark!!!! It looks like a black blob. I double checked my photo and it was not that dark. I wish someone would have asked for a different image. WASTE OF MONEY. SO UPSET I PAID FOR IT.

My ordering experience was very simple and easy! I was pleased with getting updates on the stage the socks were in while getting made and delivery came sooner than expected. The quality of the socks are pretty fantastic too! Thank you pup socks for making a good product. 😊🐶❤️

This company did not deliver custom-made socks with my recently deceased beloved lab for my daughters. I made the purchase on Cyber-Monday, and kept getting emails from the company. However, when I inquired about delivery, I never got any straight answers from anyone within the organization. The company doesn't offer a phone number, and will not respond to my requests to refund my order. If I could give this company, a zero star rating, I would.

The image is a little blurrier than I expected but overall I was satisfied with the quality of the blanket and the quick turnaround time.

Nicely done.

Two out of the three pair of the pups socks we ordered turned out good. One pair turned out very poor. You could not hardly see the picture of my cat on the socks. It looks like a big blob. I would have thought they would have emailed me and asked for a new picture if it turned out so poorly but they did not.

Well... my daughter loved them! I'm not so sure about the comfort and ability to stay up without falling down. They look really large, but they are absolutely adorable.

So far so good. The ordering was easy. However, I received an email to say that my order was on its way on 10th December. So far I have not received the socks I ordered. Very frustrating. 19 days and counting for the delivery. Margot😢
