My order did not take the 8-10 days as stated, but rather over a month! A delay was expected with the holidays though. I ordered an extra large blanket with 2 dogs on it. I received a blanket with 1 dog and after a week of contacting the company, I am still waiting for any type of response.

1 of my 2 pairs had the wrong picture on it. I reached out to ask for a refund and haven’t gotten a response. The other pair was fine.

I have ordered from you guys several times (socks) and been very pleased. This time I ordered a large blanket and unfortunately, I can’t say the same. It was a gift to my daughter (her dog) of my grandpuppy and the “head” of the dog is so dark it’s almost unrecognizable. I mean I know she has black fur but she has lots of gray mixed in. None of that showed up. Other than her tooth shining because it’s white, it looks like a blob with purple in it. After going back to website, I realized most pictures are of light colored dogs or cats. Which turn out very well. I don’t normally leave reviews, I just hated paying so much for a blanket that I have to explain what we are looking at.

The socks turned out great! They were given as a gift and completely enjoyed by the receiver!

Product was great, my girlfriend loved getting a blanket with her family's dogs on it. Only main complain happened with shipping. I was given a tracking number and all it ever told me was awaiting shipping. So I was unable to track it for two weeks wondering if it would come in time until it randomly showed up on my doorstep a few days before Christmas. Great product the only thing that needs work is the shipping portion.

These socks are a cute gift. The customer service is very good. The material that a sock is made out of is very uncomfortable. The one star is because they’re not a wearable sock. Just a cute gift.

Ordered on November 14th for a Christmas present never received it I’m just want my money back at this point

I placed an order on November 10th and have reached out to the company on numerous occasions only to be told someone will respond in 72 hours. It has been weeks and no one has responded. Buyer beware. Where's an update on my order?
