I placed my order on 12/6, and still have not received my order.

Expensive which would be fine if I loved them. I don’t like how they cropped my dog. He Looks weird. Took longer then expected to arrive and missed Christmas.

The sock and image quality was poor. I have an older pair that I love so I ordered one as gift. It came in Christmas Eve so I still gave it as a gift but honestly we both kind of laughed. The image I provided was very clear but the socks I received made a pug face all black. No eyes, nose or mouth. I gave it a 2 stars because I love my original pair and hope they will get back to that printing quality and material.

Horrible sock fabric with a colorless line running down the sides. The picture was good. Novelty gift that won’t be comfortable to wear. Poor quality order# 2717579

Order was place on November 29th, advertisement stated item would be shipped 3-5 days. I didn’t receive it until December 17th, and it was partially wrong, I ordered 2 pair, dog and cat socks and received one dog and someone else dog socks. I wrote Customer Service requesting a return label for the wrong item and a refund for the wrong pair. An automated email stated a rep would reply within 72 hours. I received a reply on the 19th, from Kalani and I forwarded the requested photos on Dec 20th. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone, no return label, no refund. Since this was for a Christmas gift and I knew the right pair wouldn’t arrive on time I requested a refund. I wrote Kalani again on the 28th regarding this matter, and still no reply. It shouldn’t take this long for a reply. This company doesn’t hold customer satisfaction as a priority. Never again will I order from them.

Overall I was satisfied with my purchase. The socks looked exactly how I imagined that they would. I only gave the socks 3 stars for a few reasons. The biggest reason being the quality of the socks. The socks looked as pictured and the picture of my dog looked great. BUT, the fabric of the socks was just not that good. They are not a good material and truthfully if I knew I wouldn’t have spent 30$ on socks because the quality of the material just isn’t what I expected. Also, I ordered the socks on Dec 7th and did not receive them until December 28th.
