I was not thrilled with the results of the printing. It came out very dark, much darker than the photo I uploaded. I could barely see my dog’s eyes on the socks.

I cancelled my order and got a refund but still received my order. Only to find out half my order was wrong. Don’t order from this company.

I was expecting to receive socks in time for Christmas presents but they still haven't arrived Dec 29. Stuck in US somewhere.

The package never arrived.

This is a scam company. I placed an order and for nearly two weeks, they refused to respond. I cancelled the order and they charged me a $9 service fee. Literally just stealing money from me.

Have not yet received my orders. I placed 3 separate orders all on the same day. Did not even receive confirmation orders for 2 of them to the point that I thought the orders never went through. Never received emails regarding the template or that the orders had been printed. Only received shipping emails and my items have not even left the United States in the 2 weeks since it says my orders have shipped. I understand it’s a busy time but I’m extremely disappointed. These were all Christmas presents.

I still have not received my order placed on December 4! And no response from customer service to my inquiry about the delay.

I had three pairs made for friends for Christmas. The socks came out great. The material is so nice and the photos are true to the original image.
