Hi, despite ordering more than a month in advance. They did not arrive on time. In fact we had to leave town and they will likely be returned to sender as we were not there to receive them. this was an important Christmas gift and you did not deliver.

I ordered a blanket for Christmas in the first week of December. It would have been delivered by Christmas if this company cared enough to make sure it was shipped instead of it being ready to ship for a week. I will never order from this company ever again. I reached out many times to get an update and I never heard back from anyone

Ordered on 12/8 for a Christmas stocking gift. It’s New Year’s Eve and I still don’t have them. Who knows where they are. They were shipped with some cheap USPS third party service. Huge disappointment after spending $70 for 3 pair of socks.

Super cute socks!! 😊 We lost our beautiful pet a few months ago and I thought having Pecas picture in our socks was a different way to remember her always😊 my kids loved them and wear them almost every day! Thank you ❤️

The product was fine but it arrived after Christmas. I ordered a blanket and 3 pairs of socks on 12/9 and the website said they would arrive before Christmas. My order was shipped on 12/17, but, unfortunately, they use UPSMailInnovations which means they ship via UPS to the US Postal Office and then the USPS delivers it. This unnecessary extra step adds 3-5 business days, and my order arrived 12/29, a total of 12 days for shipping. Had they just shipped it UPS, it would likely have arrived in time. I never received a response to my email sent to PupSocks customer service, but I suggest they stop using UPSMailInnovations, especially during holidays when the extra shipping time matters.
