Every day this week I have received a notification from UPS that my package would arrive by 9 p.m. It is now Friday and it still hasn't come. Everyday the tracking changes. I don't know whether to blame pupsocks or UPS but it is very frustrating. I cannot possibly review my purchase since I still have never received it.

Completely wrong size, poor quality

Ordered several socks at the very beginning of December for Christmas gifts. The site stated that the order would arrive within 8 days. After two weeks, I contacted customer service and received an automated response saying a response could take 72 hours. I never received further response. My order wasn’t delivered until December 29. Based on reviews, this is not an isolated incident by any means. Terrible customer service. Also, the socks look cheap and poorly made.
