The socks are cute, bought them as a gift for my daughter in law and she loves them. Only thing I will say is preplan much better than I did. I had never known of pupsocks and happened upon an add. I ordered December 10th knowing they would not make her 18th Birthday but thought by Christmas. They arrived today January 1.

Took much too long to receive socks. Tried to reach customer service via website and facebook. In both cases got a message that they could not respond for 72 plus hours. Never received a response, two plus weeks later! No phone number available to call. I disputed the charge for the socks with my bank because the whole thing started looking like a scam. Then…the socks did arrive weeks later than the ordered stated they would. (Dropped the dispute.) The sock material is WEIRD. But the pictures were cute. Will not use this company or it’s 5+ pseudonym companies again. Bottom line: don’t accept orders you cannot fill; use better/actual sock material; have a meaningful customer service that includes a way to reach a live person.

Your order was late and was sent to the wrong address. The quality of the printing and design was very good but the sock isn’t a sock. It’s a long tube fabric sewed together with no elastic. It’s loose fitting and not comfortable material. I changed the ship to address weeks in advance and it still went to the wrong address. I contact customer service three times over two weeks and never got a reply. You’re going to give me excuses about the holidays and shipping difficulties etc. but it’s all BS. My entire experience has been sub par.

Absolutely awesome! The images on the blankets are so clear and concise like the pictures you provide. Very happy!!

They look great but unfortunately aren't user friendly. The elasticity of the sock allows too munch bunching on the top of the foot through the ankle. This makes them not wearable. Seems like this could be addressed with a little more shaping like a sock and not a tube with an end on it. Very happy with how the images look. Great novelty sock but not for wearing.
