While I love the idea of these socks, and how they benefits animals in need, I waited over 6 weeks to get my socks and had to response from customer service, even though I reached out multiple times. In addition, when the socks arrived, although the printing on them was absolutely stellar, the sock fabric itself was horrible quality and could really only be described as plastic. While I love the mission and the idea, I think one could likely find better quality elsewhere.

Have not received order or update in over 3 weeks.

I understand that the photo i sent with my order was of a black dog, but, if you can't do a decent job with a photo you receive, you should advise the customer. What you produced was an expensive white sock with a black blob on it, a result that was totally unacceptable and which i'm embarrassed to present as the intended gift to the dog's owner. Too bad that your business is completely profit-based and has no allowance for quality or honesty with your clients. Needless to say, I will not be back.

The blanket turned out beautifully and the recipient loved it. HOWEVER, it was a Christmas gift…ordered in plenty of time to arrive before December 25 (based on your own guidance that it would be 8-10 days). When it was shipped 10 days after the order was placed, you chose the slowest, cheapest service - knowing that it was beyond the cut off date given by UPS to arrive in time. So shipping took another 10 days…unacceptable! You need to clarify if your 8-10 day timeframe includes ship time or not.

Thank you for beautiful blanket, it means the world to us. We lost this baby in August 2021 after having her for 13 years. It was wonderful gift to my husband.
