Fabric of the sock are terrible. Cute tho but will never be worn

We are pleasantly surprised how high quality the materials you use for your blankets and socks are. We are over the moon with our blanket and socks! Thank you for allowing our fur baby to live on forever in our home.

These are wicked cute, but the material the socks are knit from is really poor quality and has very little elasticity to it. I feel a bit confused--the socks pictured on the website are clearly made of a different knit. I feel like it's really misleading advertising. Too expensive for what they are.

Ordered over a month ago still no updates.

So...I rated the overall experience with 4 stars. It would have been 5, had it not been for the absolutely atrocious shipping time. Pupsocks did an awesome job of printing, and the communication was great, right up to the point they sent it to UPS. I ordered a pair of socks, for a stocking stuffer, on 12/11, and it was finished and sent to UPS on the 14th. Great, right? UPS took a week to decide to send it to USPS for delivery. Then USPS sent it back to UPS to get it across the country, and UPS transferred it BACK to USPS for delivery. USPS finally delivered my Christmas stocking stuffer on the afternoon of 12/30, to our mailbox! Seems like it might have gotten here in time for Christmas, if only Pupsocks had dropped it in a mailbox to begin with. The final product was excellent, but the shipping "service" provided by UPS and USPS was not. Granted, this was during a holiday period, but 16 days to get from Georgia to Idaho seems just a tad excessive.

The socks arrived very late, and the picture was so dark that the features of our dog couldn't be made out. The photo uploaded was not dark like that. I contacted the company but did not hear back.

The puppy socks went over big with the two people I gave them to. I'd buy them again.
